Craving a crispy and cheesy snack? Try these irresistible Potato Cheese Balls – perfect for tea time or party starters! To make them, boil and mash 3 medium potatoes. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, chopped coriander, and 2 tablespoons of cornflour. Mix into a smooth dough. Cut cheese into small cubes for the filling.


Take a small portion of the potato mixture, flatten it, place a cheese cube in the center, and roll into a ball. Repeat until all are done. Roll the balls in flour, dip in a slurry of flour and water, then coat with breadcrumbs.


Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the balls on medium flame until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ketchup or mayo dip for an ooey-gooey cheesy bite in every mouthful!


Tip: For extra crunch, double coat with breadcrumbs. Great for kids and adults alike!
