Hyderabadi Green Chicken Fry is a delicious and flavorful dish made with a unique blend of herbs and spices. This recipe uses fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, and aromatic spices to create a vibrant green masala that coats the chicken beautifully.

 To prepare, wash and cut chicken pieces, then marinate them with ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice. Grind coriander, mint, green chilies, and a few cashews into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices like cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon for fragrance, then sauté onions until golden.
