 If you love soft, creamy desserts, Custard Cream Pancakes are the perfect treat—and the best part is, you don’t need an oven or any fancy machine! Start by making the custard cream: whisk together egg yolks, sugar, milk, and a little cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat.

 Stir continuously until the mixture thickens into a smooth, silky custard. Let it cool completely. For the pancakes, mix flour, sugar, milk, an egg, and a pinch of baking powder into a smooth batter.

 Heat a nonstick pan on low flame and pour small rounds of batter, cooking until golden on both sides. Once cooled, sandwich two pancakes together with a generous layer of custard cream in between. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with honey for extra sweetness.
