POTATO ROLL SAMOSA | ALOO SAMOSA | EASY POTATO SNACKS

                   POTATO ROLL SAMOSA

Potato Roll Samosa is a delicious twist on the classic Indian snack. Begin by boiling 3–4 medium potatoes, then mash and mix with chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt.

In a pan, sauté the mixture briefly with a little oil and let it cool. For the outer layer, use spring roll sheets or make dough using all-purpose flour, oil, and water. Roll the dough into thin sheets, place a spoonful of potato filling, and shape into a log or cylinder. Seal the edges with a flour-water paste. Deep fry until golden and crisp.

Serve hot with mint chutney or tamarind sauce. These potato roll samosas are crunchy on the outside and spicy inside—perfect for evening snacks, tea-time treats, or party starters. They’re easy to prepare and sure to impress both kids and adults alike!
