Chicken Breast
Heat a little olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and in the same pan, add minced garlic, a splash of chicken broth, and a bit of cream or milk to create a quick sauce.
Let it simmer for a minute, then return the chicken to the pan, coating it well. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve this tender, delicious chicken breast with rice, pasta, or salad—it’s ready in just 20 minutes!
