Spicy Creamy Coriander Chicken
To prepare, start by marinating chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, and a splash of lemon juice. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors. Meanwhile, grind fresh coriander leaves, mint, green chilies, and a little yogurt into a smooth paste. Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add whole spices like cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon, then sauté onions until golden.
