Christmas Special Fruit Cake
Celebrate the season with this irresistibly moist and aromatic Eggless Christmas Fruit Cake! To begin, soak chopped dried fruits—such as raisins, candied orange peel, cherries, apricots, and dates—in orange juice or apple juice for a few hours or overnight.
