Chef Hafsa’s Chicken Bread is a delightful treat, perfect for high tea or evening snacks. Start by preparing a soft dough using all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk, and butter.


 Let it rise until doubled in size. Meanwhile, make the creamy chicken filling by sautéing shredded chicken with onions, garlic, bell peppers, black pepper, salt, and white sauce or cream cheese for extra richness.


Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangular shape. Spread the chicken filling in the center, then make slits on both sides and braid it over the filling. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
