This quick stir fry is a healthy, colorful, and delicious dinner option! Start by slicing 200g chicken breast into thin strips. Marinate with soy sauce, garlic, and a pinch of pepper for 10 minutes.


 Heat a wok with 2 tablespoons of oil, then stir fry the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same wok, add sliced carrots and broccoli florets, stir frying for 2–3 minutes until just tender yet crisp. 


Return the chicken to the pan, then add a sauce made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little cornstarch mixed with water for thickness. Toss everything together, coating well. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal. This recipe is perfect for busy days—ready in under 15 minutes and packed with flavor, texture, and nutrients.
