If you love desserts but hate complicated recipes, this carrot cake will be your new favorite. Start by grating two cups of fresh carrots. In a mixing bowl, combine them with two eggs, half a cup of oil, and half a cup of sugar or honey for a healthier twist.


 Add one cup of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of cinnamon for that warm flavor. Mix everything until smooth, then pour the batter into a greased cake pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 


The cake turns out soft, moist, and full of flavor every single time. Top it with a simple cream cheese frosting or enjoy it plain with tea. It’s so quick and delicious, you’ll want to bake it again and again!
